Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) . In 1926 he entered the socio-economic department of the 2nd Moscow State University .
- In 1940 - 1941 - employee of the USSR missions in Norway and Finland .
- In 1941 - 1942 he fought in the people's militia, was wounded. By order of the Armed Forces 34 Arm. North-Western Front No: 196 dated: 04/11/1942 Political director of the company of machine gunners 528 rifle regiment of the 130th rifle division Kuznetsov was awarded the medal "For Military Merit" for the capture of the village of Novaya Russa. - In 1942 - 1945 - Secretary of the Embassy of the USSR in Great Britain, Advisor for Relations with the Norwegian Government.
- From June 19, 1945 to June 8, 1947 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Norway [2] .
- After 1947 - head of the Scandinavian department of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, deputy director of the Higher Diplomatic School of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs , associate professor of MGIMO .
