Ivana Zelnichkova was born in the Moravian city ​​of Zlin (formerly known as Gottwald), Czechoslovakia, the daughter of the Czech Milos Zielníček and Austrian Marie Frantzova. From a very early age, her father cultivated and encouraged her ski talent. In the early 1970s, she attended Charles University in Prague ^[1] .

In 1998, she bought 33% of Croatia’s second-largest daily newspaper ^[5] - with a circulation of 100,000 copies - she traveled with her parents from the Czech Republic to Croatia. In addition, thanks to her investments in Croatia and as a sports enthusiast and supporter of Croatian tourism, she visited the first ever beach polo tournament in Croatia ^[6] , Rovinj, in May 2016 ^[7] .

In February 1999, Trump launched her own life magazine called Life in the Style of Ivana ^[8] . Ivana Trump has written several books, including the novels “Love for Love”, “Lucy Wilkins” and “Free Love”, as well as a book on self-help “The best is yet to come: overcoming divorce and enjoying life again”. In 2001, Ivana contributed to the magazine "Divorce" ^[9] .
