Career

He began his career at home. At 18, he moved to the United States , where the defender studied at Charleston College and simultaneously played for the local student team. In 2013, he spent one season at NASL 's Minnesota United . A year later, de Silva returned to Trinidad and Tobago. There he stands for the Central team. In March 2019, he signed a contract with the club of the first Icelandic division Haukar [1] .

Team

The defender played for the youth national teams at the 2007 World Cup among soccer players under 17 in South Korea and the 2009 World Cup among soccer players under 20 in Egypt . He made his debut for the country's main national team on March 18, 2009 in a friendly match against the Panama national team , which ended with the victory of the Trinidad with a score of 1-0 [2] .
