History
Peroni Brewing Company was founded in Vigevano in 1846. The company was transferred to Rome by John Peroni in 1864. At the end of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th, the brewery became very famous in Italy .
In the 1990s, Peroni brewery products were distributed and popular around the world. In 2003, the English brewery SABMiller bought the brewery.
