The 1993 European Athletics All-Around Cup was held on July 10-11 at the Raatti Stadium in Oulu , Finland . The tournament in the First League took place at the same time in the Spanish Valladolid , and in the Second League in the Belgian Hechtel-Excel and Estonian Tallinn . The participants fought for a team victory in the competition of men and women.

Since 1993, the names of the European Cup divisions have changed: the A, B and C finals have been replaced by the Super League, First and Second leagues, respectively. In addition, the tournament was the last held with an interval of two years: from the next draw, he received annual status.
The place of the USSR national team in the strongest division in connection with the collapse of the country went to the strongest rated national teams of Ukraine for men and Russia for women. Ukrainian women and Russian men entered the First League, and the teams of Belarus, Estonia and Latvia began their independent appearances from the Second League.
Each team was represented by four athletes. A total of 63 all-rounders from 11 countries took to the start. The best teams in the team event were determined by the sum of the results of the three best participants. According to the results of the competition, the two worst teams lost the right to participate in the Super League for the next year.
The team of Belarus showed the absolutely best result among women, who won the tournament in the Second League - 19001 points.
