Jaroslav Radon ( Czech. Jaroslav Radoň ; September 3, 1986 , Kutna Hora ) is a Czech canoeist , has been playing for the Czech kayaking and canoeing team since 2012. Participant of two summer Olympic Games, European champion, two-time bronze medalist of the World Cup, three-time silver medalist of the Universiade in Kazan , winner of many regattas of national and international importance.

Biography
Yaroslav Radon was born on September 3, 1986 in the city of Kutna Hora, Central Bohemia .
He achieved his first serious success at the adult international level in the 2012 season, when he joined the main team of the Czech national team and played at the European Championship in Croatian Zagreb , where he, together with his team mate Filip Dvořák, overtook all his rivals in the standings of double canoes at a distance of 500 meters and won thereby a gold medal.
Thanks to a series of successful performances, he was awarded the right to defend the country's honor at the Summer Olympic Games in London - he successfully qualified in the deuces at a thousand meters in the preliminary stage, then at the semi-finals stage he took second place and made it to the main final “A”. In the decisive final race he showed the fifth result at the finish, not reaching the prize positions a little [1] .
After the London Olympics, Radon remained in the main composition of the Czech rowing team and continued to take part in major international regattas. So, in 2013, he visited the World Cup in Duisburg , Germany , from where he brought two bronze medals won in a pair with Dvorak in doubles at five hundred and a thousand meters. Also, as a student, he represented the country at the Summer Universiade in Kazan , where he became a silver medalist in all three disciplines of canoe-two.
In 2016, at the European Championship in Brandenburg, Radon and Dvorak won bronze medals in the kilometer discipline of double canoes.
Being among the leaders of the Czech national team, I passed the selection for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . He and Dvorak again started in twos at a thousand meters, again reached the main final “A”, but this time they were only in seventh position in the final protocol of the competition.
