Beijing International Auto Show ( Kit. 北京 国际 汽车 展览会 ) or Auto China [1] is an international auto and technology exhibition held every two years in Beijing , China. The event was founded and first held in 1990. Currently, the auto show is among the three largest in the world along with Frankfurt and Detroit . This is due to the fact that China is the largest and fastest-growing car market in the world [2] [3] , and therefore a large number of automakers (both local and foreign) are keen to participate in the event and organize within its framework the premieres of their own new or updated products. The exhibition is organized by the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
