Paul McGrath ( born Paul McGrath , April 11, 1904 - April 13, 1978 ) is an American actor. He studied engineering at Carnegie Technical School . [3] In the early 1940s, he began his acting career. Gained great popularity thanks to numerous radio appearances. On the screens, McGrath had roles in dozens of films, including Face in the Crowd (1957) and Council and Consent (1962). The last years of his acting career, he worked mainly on television. He died in London at the age of 74.
