Such names are associated with the popular geographical term debris , which not only “dense, impassable forest” is designated, but also “valley, hollow, ravine, wooded valley, ravine overgrown with forest and shrubs, etc.”. The word debris is found in the Ryazan letter of the first half of the XVI century. Debra's form corresponds to the toponymic model in s.
