The dog dvuhvostoy party ( Hungarian. Magyar Kétfarkú Kutya Párt ; abbreviated MKKP ) is a parody political party in Hungary, existing de facto since 2006 (formed in Szeged ) and officially registered in 2014. Party members are mainly engaged in depicting graffiti and creating posters-parodies of typical slogans of the political elite of Hungary, putting forward absurd ideas at elections or making ridiculous and silly official statements.

Education and Elections
In 2006, for the first time, the name István Nagy ( Hungarian István Nagy - the most common first and last name in Hungary, the equivalent of the traditional English John Smith and Russian Ivan Ivanov ) appeared on the ballot papers next to the two-tailed dog Party he represented. Such a “candidate” was in all the ballots in both the parliamentary and regional elections in 2006 [2] . For humor, the party included the following elements in its election program: eternal life, world peace, one working day a week, two sunsets a day (in different colors), reduced gravity, free beer and low taxes. Among the “promises” was also a proposal to build a mountain on the Great Hungarian Plain ( Alföld ). Such posters were mainly in Szeged, they were mostly met by the image of a two-tailed dog with the caption: "Istvan Nagy is so cute that he definitely will not steal!" The party cooperates with another parodical party “The Fourth Way”, which is formally chaired by two birds, but the parties declare disagreements: the “Fourth Way” party wants to destroy the bird flu , and the Two-sided Dog Party stands for the rights of viruses.
The party is particularly sarcastic about the nationalists: they put up posters with the slogan “For less Hungary!”, Which showed only part of the territory of current Hungary, while the rest of the land was “given away” to Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Ukraine and Slovakia. It was a satire on the demands of the nationalists to abolish the Trianon Treaty of 1920 and present territorial claims to a number of countries [3] .
On June 20, 2009, about 300 people gathered at a protest rally in front of the central statistics office of Hungary with parody slogans “Tomorrow should be yesterday!”, “Look stupid!”, “Get away!”, “What do we want? Nothing! When do we want it? Never! ”, Etc. [4] . In 2010, the party continued its satire, declaring a struggle for the post of mayor of Budapest under the slogan “May everything be better!” [5] , including such slogans as “Most of all, nothing less!”, “Eternal life, free beer, cancellation taxes! ”and“ We promise anything! ” [6] . In the 7th district of Budapest, the candidate was nominated by comedian Daniel Mogac, who was interviewed on the ATV channel by TV presenter Olga Kalman [7] . Mogach was also engaged in putting up posters with the slogans “Our trains are always dirty” and “Our trains are always late”, criticizing the state railway company of Hungary, and even created a parody of the site of the city of Pécs , which became the cultural capital of Europe - for the last action he almost fell under court [8] .
The party did not collect the number of signatures to register its candidate [9] . In her election program, she promised this time to turn Szeged into a cosmodrome and start supplying dogs with bullets to Jamaica, restore the ozone layer and patch the ozone hole, bring new species of plants and animals to replace the extinct, establish trade relations with extraterrestrial civilizations and open a Hungarian restaurant Mars [10] .
Official Activities
In 2013, the party had to speed up the registration process to participate in elections [11] : in early 2014, the parties refused to register because of “frivolity” [1] , but in July of the same year, the Supreme Court overturned this decision [12] . On September 8, 2014, the two-tailed dog party was officially registered just 16 minutes before the announcement of the participants in the parliamentary elections, which is why she was unable to nominate and take part in them [13] .
In June 2015, the government of Viktor Orban launched a campaign against illegal migration: there were such slogans as “If you came to Hungary, you cannot take work from the Hungarians!” [14] . In response to this, the two-tailed dog's party announced a reciprocal action of opposite content and collected 33 million forints from its supporters [15] , installing about 800 billboards with ironic slogans in English and Hungarian: “Forgive us for the Prime Minister” and “Come freely to Hungary , we are already working in England! ” [16] .
On February 4, 2016, a Medián poll showed that 1% of Hungarians would support her in elections [17] . In the same year , a referendum on migration quotas was held in October, accompanied by an aggressive anti-migrant campaign of the Hungarian government. Due to the low turnout, the referendum was not declared valid, although the overwhelming majority of those who voted on the call of the ruling right party opposed Hungary’s admission of refugees. The dvuhvostvo party dogs collected 100 thousand euros from 4 thousand volunteers and put up posters of the following content, deriding government campaigning against migrants and "Brussels": "Do you know that there is a war in Syria?", "Did you know that 1 million Hungarians want to go to Europe? ”,“ Do you know that the perpetrators of corruption are our politicians? ”,“ Did you know that the main danger for Hungarian Olympians comes from competitors? ”,“ Did you know that UFOs are Hungarians met more often than refugees, ”etc. [18] . Party leader Gergey Kovacs told BBC News in an interview that he appeals to millions of Hungarians who are upset by the actions of the Hungarian government and wants to support them. Thus, the party called for spoiling the ballots in the referendum [19] , which was done by 6% of the people participating in the referendum [20] . Shortly before the referendum, the party created a mobile application available for download from the site called “Vote not by the rules”, calling for a photo of the spoiled bulletin and upload to the network. For this, she received a penalty of 832,000 forints, since publishing a photo of the bulletin with the choice made was forbidden (even on condition of anonymity) [21] .
In April 2017, the party held a solemn procession, mocking another initiative of Viktor Orban (including the closure of the Central European University) and carrying out posters in Russian and Hungarian with slogans like “We will not be a colony”, “We don’t need elections”, “Down with press freedom”, etc. [22]
