The 84th Ukrainian Chess Championship was held in Lviv from December 2 to 14 .

Chief Justice: international judge O. G. Tovchiga (Kiev)
Time control: 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 30 minutes until the end of the game, with the addition of 30 seconds for each move made, starting from the first move.
