Vasilkioti, Nikolai Andreevich

Nikolai Andreyevich Vasilkioti was born in 1904 in Simferopol, in the family of a craftsman. In 1919-1921 he worked as a student at the Sevastopol Marine Plant . This was followed by activities in the bodies of the NKVD .

• 1921-1930 - various positions in the INFO, SOCH, SB of the Sevastopol Cheka — OGPU of Crimea .
• 1930-1935 - Head of department, assistant to the head of the public organization, secondary vocational education of the OGPU for the NIAC, inspector of the senior staff of the OGPU – NKVD for the Gorky Territory .
• 1935-1937 - assistant to the head of the Department, head of the Department of the NKVD in the Kirov region .
• 04.1936 - the rank of captain of state security was awarded ^[1] .
• September 23, 1937 - December 10, 1938 - Deputy Head of the UNKVD in the Irkutsk Region . This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated 30.07.1937 No. 00447 ^[2] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions ^[3] .
• ^12/ 10/ 1938-26 ^/10/ 1939 - Head of the Lokchim ITL ^[4] .

He was arrested on July 9, 1939, but the order for dismissal was issued only on October 26, 1939 ^[5] . The further fate of Nicholas Vasilkioti is unknown.
