The European Cup in Track and Field Athletics 2010 was held June 26–27 at the Kadriorg Stadium in Tallinn , the capital of Estonia . At the same time in the Netherlands Hengelo held a tournament in the First League, and in Israeli Tel Aviv - in the Second League. The participants fought for a team victory in the competition of men and women.

Each team was represented by four athletes. In total, 64 all-rounders from 11 countries took to the start. The best teams in the team event were determined by the sum of the results of the three best participants. According to the results of the competition, the two worst teams lost the right to participate in the Super League for the next year.
