Fedin, Pavel Grigorievich

Pavel Grigorievich Fedin (1902, Petrovsk, Saratov province - 14.4.1938, Khabarovsk) - activist of the CPSU (b) , 1st secretary of the Ussuriysk regional committee of the CPSU (b). He was a member of the special trio of the NKVD of the USSR .

Biography

Pavel Grigoryevich Fedin was born in 1902 in the city of Petrovsk, Saratov province. In 1920, he became a member of the RCP (b) and his further life was connected with work in the structures of the party.

  • 1934-1937 - 1st Secretary of the Kursk City Committee of the CPSU (B.).
  • 1937 - Head of the Department of Governing Party Bodies of the Dalkraikom of the CPSU (B.). In September 1937 - 1st Secretary of the Ussuri Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.). This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated 30.07.1937 No. 00447 [1] and active participation [2] in the Stalinist repressions [3] .

The final stage

Arrested on September 24, 1937. Sentenced to VMN by an off-site session of the USSR Supreme Council of the Forces on April 14, 1938. He was charged under Articles 58-1a, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR . Shot on the day of the verdict in Khabarovsk. Rehabilitated June 20, 1956 by the definition of the USSR Supreme Council for the absence of corpus delicti [4] .
