Rodnichki is a village in the Nekhaevsky district of the Volgograd region , the administrative center of the Rodnichkovsky rural settlement .

Content
History
It was founded during the period of collectivization as a village of the central estate of the Rodnichki state farm. As of 1935, as part of the Kruglovsky district of the Stalingrad Territory (Kulichkovsky Village Council) [2] . In 1936, the district was included in the Stalingrad region. In 1947, on the territory of the Rodnichok grain farm by allocating the territory of state farm farms from the administrative subordination of the Parshensky, Kulichkovsky, Kruglovsky and Yezhovsky village councils, the village council of the Rodnichki village type was formed. In 1953, Kulichkovsky, Parshinsky and the village council of Rodnichki were merged into one Kulichkovsky village council with a center in the village of Kulichkovsky. In 1961, the Stalingrad region was renamed Volgograd. By the decision of the regional executive committee of February 7, 1963 No. 3/55, the Kulichkovsky council was included in the Nekhaevsky district [3] .
By the decision of the regional executive committee of December 4, 1964 No. 34/507, the village of the Central Estate of the Rodnichki state farm of the Kulichkovsky village council was renamed the village of Rodnichki. In 1968, the Kulichkovsky village council was renamed Rodnichkovsky [4] .
Geography
The farm is located in a beam within the Kalach Upland , belonging to the East European Plain, at an altitude of about 150 meters above sea level [5] . Soils - southern chernozems and common chernozems [6]
By road, the distance to the regional center of the village of Nekhaevskaya is 44 km, to the village of Kazan ( Rostov Region ) - 65 km, to the regional center of Volgograd - 380 km.

The climate is temperate continental (according to the Köppen climate classification - Dfb ). The average annual air temperature is + 6.9 ° C. The average temperature of the coldest January is -8.8 ° С, the hottest month of July +21.5 ° С. The long-term rainfall is 491 mm. During the year, the amount of precipitation is distributed relatively evenly: the least amount of precipitation falls in February (the rainfall is 29 mm), the largest amount is in June (53 mm) [7] .
