Biography

Her grandmother Claudia Lukashevich was of Russian origin, which influenced the understanding of basic concepts and attitude to life. In 1939, she moved to Belgrade with her parents.

She studied at the Higher Film School under the leadership of Vyekoslav Africh . Later work at the Avala Film Studio.

She made her debut in 1949 starring in the movie "Barba Zhvane." She performed on the stage of the Belgrade Drama Theater.

From 1961 until his death in 2012 - actress of the National Theater in Belgrade . Performed roles in classical and modern plays.

During her artistic career, she starred in 4 full-length films, 45 television series, 3 TV short films, etc.

From 1953 to 2004, thanks to a special voice, she performed in 210 radio shows.

She was buried in the Alley of Honorable Citizens at the New Cemetery in Belgrade.
