Biography
Born in 1938 in Chicago ( Illinois , USA ) in a Greek family.
In 1961 he graduated from the University of De Paul with a bachelor of science degree .
In 1969, he received his LL.D. degree from the De Paul College of Law .
In 1961-1967 he served in the .
In 1969-1971 and 1979-1980, he practiced private law practice in Chicago.
In 1971-1977, he was the first assistant prosecutor of the .
In 1977-1979, he was chairman .
Since 1975, Associate Professor . He is a member of the board of visitors to this school.
Since 1980 - Judge (1980–2006), (2002–2006) and Senior Judge (since 2006) of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Providing for many years the support of the National Greek Museum , in favor of the return of the Parthenon sculptures ( Marble Elgin ) from the British Museum to Greece .
Personal life
Married to his wife, Grace has sons Peter, John and Paul. Live in Chicago.
