Biography
The elder sister of the Egyptian chess grandmaster Shahenda Wafi . In 2013, Tunisia won the women's individual chess championship in Africa [1] . Thanks to this success, she received the title of International Grandmaster for Women (WGM) [2] and the right to play at the World Women's Chess Championship [3] . In 2014, Windhoek re-won the Africa Women's Individual Chess Championship [4] .
In 2015, she made her debut in Sochi at the Women's World Chess Championship , where she lost to Ju Wenjun in the first round [5] .
She represented Egypt at the Chess Olympiad (2016) and at the World Team Chess Championship ( 2015 ) [6] .
