Lagerny ( Chameleon ; Toprak-Kaya [2] , Toprah-Kaya - clay rock [2] ) - a cape located in the Crimea , not far from the village of Koktebel . This cape separates the Koktebel Bay and the Quiet Bay , being between them. The cape is composed of clay shales and clay, hence the Crimean Tatar name [2] . The alternative name for the cape comes from the ability to change color depending on the time of day, weather, the position of the sun and clouds. According to observations, the cape can change color up to 20 times a day. [3]
