The full-fledged work on the album of the “hooligan project” Noggano began after the release of the album “ Basta 5 ” on behalf of Basta ^[9] , however, the album has a number of songs recorded long before the news about the preparation of the album. So, in 2015, the singles “Children of Captain Grant” ^[10] , “The Dog Eaten the Goods” ^[11] , “Python, what a mess?” ^[12] (on the album - “Python”) were released.

Initially, the album was supposed to have 30 songs, according to Vakulenko, “about the beautiful easy life of Rostov youth” ^[13] . But in the final version, the tracklist consists of 35 tracks ^[14] .

The first single of the album was the song “No Banditos”, which appeared on the network on October 25, 2016 ^[5] . On December 14, collaboration with Coupe “Bra-for-Bro” appears ^[6] , and on December 27, the single “Rolexes” and a video clip for it in the style of a short film about gang warfare in the 90s ^[7] .

To invite to the presentation of the album in St. Petersburg, the song “Leningrad” was recorded with the participation of QP. A video clip ^{[8] was} also shot for work.

The clip “Wind Rose” became a video accompaniment to the novel of the same name by Andrey Gelasimov , dedicated to the development of the Far East and Amur expedition of Admiral Gennady Nevelsky in particular ^[15] .

According to the editorial board of GQ magazine , Noggano’s album “Luxeri” comes out “at the very peak of Vakulenko’s popularity and relevance and turns out not just to consolidate positions on all fronts, but an indisputable argument in favor of his artistry, indefatigable imagination and talent” ^[2] .

“Luxeri” is the crown of his work, his best record since the joint album with Guf, a new classic proving that there is simply no second such as Vasily Vakulenko in nature.

At the end of 2017, the album took fifth place on the Apple Music and iTunes chart among the most popular albums among Russians ^[16] .
