The Baltic Women's Basketball League 2016/2017 was the 23rd season of a basketball tournament between women's basketball clubs. The first time the winner of the league was the Russian team Dynamo Farm, a farm club of Dynamo Kursk .

Content
Regulations
The tournament was held in three stages:
1) 1st group tournament - 11 teams in two groups play among themselves in a circular system at home and away;
2) 2nd group tournament - the best 4 teams from each group, form two groups of 4 teams each and play among themselves in a circular system at home and away, taking into account the games of the 1st group stage
3) final - two best teams from each group participate in the Final Four, which was held at the site of one of the clubs in the play-off system.
