History
In the “List of Populated Places of the Russian Empire” of 1859, Razin Bugor (Razinskoe) is mentioned as a temporary settlement at the state-owned fish factory of the Astrakhan district (2nd camp) at the Razin barrow, located 92 versts from the provincial city of Astrakhan . There were 19 yards in the settlement and 121 people lived (65 men and 56 women) [3] .
Geography
The village is located in the southeastern part of the Astrakhan region, on the right bank of the Razinsky River delta of the Volga River , at a distance of about 23 kilometers (in a straight line) to the southeast from the village of Volodarsky , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 26 meters below sea level [4] .

According to 1859, there were 19 households in the settlement and 121 people lived (65 men and 56 women) [3] . According to the All-Russian Census , in 2010 the population of the village was 23 people (13 men and 10 women) [2] .
According to the 2002 census , Russians accounted for 100% of the national population structure [6] .
