The First Lady of Cambodia is an unofficial post of wife of the head of government of Cambodia. Appeared in 1945 with the introduction of the post of prime minister, the media began to be widely used after the restoration of the monarchy in 1993. Currently, this title is held by Dr. Bun Rani , wife of the current Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Cambodia - Hun Sen , Chairman of the National Red Cross Society in Cambodia (since 1998).
