Content
History
The farm was part of the yurt of the village of Provotorovskaya in the Khopersky District of the Don Don Region . According to the 1859 census, 68 male and 75 female souls lived on the Avraamovo farm [2] .
According to the 1873 census, 202 men and 191 women lived on the farm; there were 126 horses , 129 pairs of oxen , 493 heads of other cattle and 950 sheep on the households of the inhabitants [3] . According to the 1897 census , 240 men and 240 women lived in Avraamovo Farm (also known as Verkhniy and Markin). Most of the population was illiterate: literate men - 56 (23.3%), women - 8 (3.3%) [4] .
According to the alphabetical list of the populated areas of the Don Don Army Area of 1915, the farm did not have a dedicated allotment; 218 men and 224 women lived on the farm [5] .
Since 1928, a farm as part of the Nekhaevsky District of the Lower Volga Region [6] (subsequently - the Stalingrad Region, the Stalingrad Region, the Balashov Region , the Volgograd Region). Until 1961, the farm belonged to the Lobachevsky village council. In 1961, in connection with the abolition of the Lobachevsky Village Council, it was included in the Verkhnerechensky Village Council [7] .
Geography
The farm is located on the Tishanka River (the right tributary of the Khopr ), within the Kalach Upland , belonging to the East European Plain, at an altitude of about 110 meters above sea level. In the area of the farm, the Tishanka River flows in a deep valley , the slopes of which are cut with beams and ravines . In the vicinity of the farm preserved bayrack forests . 1.2 km south of the farm in the Root beam is the Avraam pond [8] . Soils - ordinary chernozems [9]
In the west, the Avraamovsky farm borders on the Markovsky farm, in the east on the Lobachevsky farm [10] . By road, the distance to the regional center of the village of Nekhaevskaya is 13 km, to the regional center of Volgograd - 370 km, to the nearest city of Kalach, Voronezh region - 58 km [11]
