The early years

Born on October 14, 1992 in the city of Baykonyr, Kyzylorda region. Turegali’s childhood dream was to become akyn, write and perform songs and take part in aitys competitions. He studied Turegali at the 8th school named after Yu. A. Gagarin, Baikonur ^[2]

2009—2011 - he studied at a college at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T.K. Zhurgenov ^[3] .

Initially, Turegali participated in competitive aitys , then went on a solo pop stage. First appeared on the stage during the concert " MuzART " in Kazalinsk.

Career

The fame was brought to the performer by the song “Hello”, performed with Erke Esmahan in 2015. The singer toured throughout Kazakhstan and the territory of the CIS and other countries ^[4] . The price of Toregali concerts Toreali ranges from 2-5 thousand tenge ^[5]

Scandal

In December 2017, Toregali made a scandal with the audience at his concert in Pavlodar. From the stage, he said: “If you are unhappy, you can simply leave the hall. I didn’t force anyone to come here, I didn’t say that I would die, I would hang myself if someone did not come to my concert. Uncle, what are you talking about, you're an adult. If you don’t like it, go out ” ^[11] ,“ If you don’t like it, you can get up and leave, I do not force anyone, I do not ask you to listen to me ... ”, in his speech he also used the Kazakh expression:“ erikken sart enegin Kalaydy ”, approximate translation - "The one who has nothing to do, scratches the eggs ^{[12] [13]} ."

After the video with the scandal at the concert was published, Toregali commented on his behavior on his Instagram by writing “ітірік” (translated as “False”) ^[14] .

After the scandalous performance of the singer, the akimat of Pavlodar region decided not to invite Toregali to official events in the Pavlodar region ^[15] , and the OrdaFM radio station announced that it was taking the Toregali Toreali songs off the air after the scandal at the concert ^[16] .

Later, on January 4, 2018, speaking at the Republican Aitys, akyns made a statement - “For me, this was a significant lesson. If I was mistaken, please take this for my immaturity and childishness. I apologize to you, it seems to me that you have already forgiven me ” ^[17] .

Personal life

Toregali married to Tolkyn Myrzakimova, with whom he had been in unofficial unregistered relations since 2014, during this time the couple had 2 children. He celebrated his wedding only three years later on October 19, 2017 ^[18] . Currently has 4 children: 3 daughters and 1 son.
