In 1968, at the invitation of Franco Zeffirelli, he played the role of a minstrel in the film “ Romeo and Juliet ”, where he performed the song “Canzone d'amore / Ai Giochi Addio” in the Italian film release (in the English edition, a song called “What is a Youth” was performed by Glen Weston).
