Bruno Fornaroli Mass ( Spanish: Bruno Fornaroli Mezza ; born September 7, 1987 , Salto , Uruguay ) is a Uruguayan footballer who is a forward of the Melbourne City club.

Fornaroli is a graduate of the Nacional club. In 2006, in his match against Rentistas , he made his debut in the Uruguayan Example . For two seasons, Bruno showed good performance, became the champion of Uruguay and became interested in European clubs. In the summer of 2008, Fornaroli moved to the Italian Sampdoria , signing a five-year contract. The transfer amount was 3 million euros. On September 14, in his match against Lazio , he made his debut in the Italian Serie A [2] . In the UEFA Cup matches against the Lithuanian Kaunas , Fornaroli scored his first goals for Sampdoria [3] [4] .

In early 2009, Bruno transferred to the Argentinean “ San Lorenzo ” to obtain gaming practice. On March 8, in a match against Rosario Central , he made his debut in the Argentinean Example [5] . On May 18, Fornaroli made a double in the fight against Gimnasia Xuhui , scoring his first goals for San Lorenzo [6] .

In the summer of 2009, Bruno was again leased, the Spanish “ Recreativo ” became his new club [7] . On September 5, in a match against Castellon , he made his debut in the Spanish Segnud [8] . On October 10, in a duel against Elche Fornaroli scored his first goal for Recreativo [9] . In the summer of 2010, he returned to Sampdoria. Over the next six months, Fornaroli took part in just one match and at the beginning of 2011 he returned to his native Nacional on a rental basis. After a business trip to his homeland, where he again began to score, Bruno returned to Italy. In the 2011/2012 season, he took part in 11 matches, but never managed to hit the opponents' goal.

In the summer of 2012, the contract with Sampdoria expired and Fornaroli, as a free agent, signed a three-year agreement with the Greek Panathinaikos [10] . On August 25, in his match against Levadiakos , he made his debut in the Greek Super League [11] . On November 29, in the Greek Cup match against Prudeftica, Bruno scored twice, scoring his first goals for Panathinaikos [12] . Due to poor performance, the leadership of the Greek club decided to terminate the contract with Fornaroli.

In early 2014, Bruno returned to his homeland, where he joined the Danubio . On February 4, in his match against Cerro Largo , he made his debut for a new club [13] . On March 8, Fornaroli scored his first goal for Danubio in a duel against Juventud Las Piedras . [14] In the same year, he became the champion of Uruguay for the second time. In the summer of 2014, Bruno went on loan to the Brazilian Figuirense , but without playing for a minute he returned back. In the summer of 2015, Fornaroli signed a contract with the Australian Melbourne City . On October 10, in a match against Sydney , he made his debut in the A-League [15] . A week later, in a duel against Melbourne Victory , Bruno scored his first goal for Melbourne City [16] . March 5, 2016 in a match against Sydney, he made a hat-trick [17] . In his debut season, Fornaroli became the top scorer of the championship, scoring 23 goals, so he became the most productive A-League sniper. Bruno also helped the team win the Australian Cup . Fornaroli also became the first footballer to score 30 goals in the championship the fastest.
