Childhood and Youth

He was born on December 7, 1924 in the village of Strelka of the Kalyazinsky district of the Tver province in the peasant family of Vasily Ivanovich Tsaplin and Anastasia Petrovna Tsaplina - in the girlhood of Marakovskaya (1902-1994) [2] .
