Biography
Born November 25, 1929 in the city of Genichesk, Kherson region of the Ukrainian SSR [1] .
In 1952 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in Railway Engineering. He began his career as a foreman, senior engineer, chief engineer of the construction department of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs since 1953 (he participated in the construction of the crossing to Sakhalin Island ). In 1956-1959 he was the head of a mechanized convoy No. 24 in the city of Berezniki (he participated in the construction of the Ivdel-Sergino highway). Then the chief engineer in 1960-1970, the manager of a specialized trust for the mechanization of earthworks on the roads of the Urals ("Uralstroymehanizatsiya") since 1970 in Sverdlovsk [1] .
Evgeny Sergeyevich was a deputy of the Zheleznodorozhny District Council of Deputies of the city of Sverdlovsk since 1980 [1] .
He died on July 16, 1987 [1] . He was buried at the Shirokorechensky cemetery in Yekaterinburg.

- 03/19/1981 - the title " Hero of Socialist Labor " with the awarding of the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle" and the Order of Lenin "for outstanding success achieved in fulfilling the tasks of the tenth five-year plan and socialist obligations";
- 07/09/1986 - Order of the Red Banner of Labor .
