Biography
Tolush Yenchinov was born on May 10, 1908 in the village of Kurot, Ursul Volost, Biysk Uyezd, Tomsk Province. He received a higher education in the Moscow Communist University of Workers of the East. I.V. Stalin .

In 1935–1937 he was elected 2nd secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU (b) Oirot Autonomous Region. According to some information, his work was marked by the creation of difficulties in preserving local folklore [1] . In 1936, his article published in the newspaper Krasnaya Oirotiya marked the beginning of repression in Altai [2] . In 1937, Tolush Enchinov joined the special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR of 30.07.1937 No. 00447 [3] and actively participated in Stalin's repressions [4] .
Final stage
Arrested on October 26, 1937. Until 1939, he was under investigation in solitary confinement, where he practically lost his mind, and then released. In subsequent years, he was treated for a long time, and after convalescence, he appealed to the Central Committee of the party. He was acquitted and restored to the CPSU. Further, he held responsible posts in the Soviet and party organs in the Altai. In 1947 he was appointed chairman of the executive committee of the Tuva Autonomous Region . The last place of work - the director of the state farm in the Novgorod region [5] .
In 1955, he suffered a stroke and retired for health reasons, becoming a personal pensioner of union importance.
He died in 1965 in the town of Borovichi, Novgorod Region [6] .
