Biography
Born in the city of Ivanovo, but soon moved with his parents to Ufa, where he began his sports career. After SDUSHOR, he was offered to play overseas, but, after consulting with his parents, he decided to stay in Ufa:
- Who suggested?
- We solved these issues with an agent. When you graduate from SDUSHOR, they suggest you go to Tolpar, or go to CHL. I stayed at the Crowd. I don’t know how I would show myself across the ocean. Maybe it would be worse. I believe that everything went fine. And in “Toros” I got a good experience. I do not regret that I spent a lot of time in Neftekamsk. Every season something helped me. If in the first year I tried to get used to adult hockey, the next two seasons went to the leading roles.
- You yourself refused or your parents said that at this age you should not leave?
- It all worked out quickly somehow. And my parents also didn’t really want me to leave. I myself was not eager to leave. Therefore, we decided that it would be better here.
- Regarding the departure to the NHL, you think like Artemy Panarin. First you need to become a star in the KHL, and then leave?
- Of course. I have always held this opinion. First you need to prove that you are worthy. It is hard to do it in Russia, in your homeland. And there you are a stranger. I think it’s better to get stronger here and then leave so that there is a place in the line-up. How Victor Antipin leaves this year. He will arrive at the finished place and will play calmly. It will not break through some leagues. And there are many such examples, you have already said about Panarin.
For me, the only example of those who left early and began to play, is Nikita Kucherov. And so that someone left early and began to play, I do not remember. [one]
In 2011, he signed a contract with the Tolpar MHL club and spent 2 seasons there. There he was coached by Alexander Semak , who played a huge role in his formation.
When Stanislav spent his last season in the MHL, an amazing story happened with Tolpar. The team played with Steel Foxes in the first round of the playoffs. The first game was held in Magnitogorsk. Then, “Metallurgist” flew their KHL, and many players, respectively, played in “Steel Foxes”. That is why no one believed in Tolpar, they thought that they would lose dry. But they won the first game, the second game, unfortunately, lost. The score in the series was 1: 1. The team returned to Ufa, where the coach shocked them with the news that the Steel Foxes had two technical losses due to the fact that they had too many players in 1991. Tolpar had to win another game to go further, which they did.
2013 was a real breakthrough for him in performance: he scored 20 points, which was a personal record for him.
In 2015, he withstood the competition and joined the Salavat Yulaev , where at that moment Igor Zakharkin was the head coach, who gradually trusted Stanislav with more and more playing time. With the advent of Erkki Westerlund , the role of Stanislav remained equally important.
May 16, 2019 extended a bilateral contract with the Ufa-based Salavat Yulaev for a period of one year.
