Champion of Albania 1994 [2] .
As part of the Albanian team, he participated in six chess olympiads (1972, 1980, 1982, 1984, 1994, 2002) and the Balkaniades 1979 and 1994. [3] .
In 1995, he represented Albania in the zonal tournament .
He performed in the international arena from 1972 to 2003 [4] . The maximum rating (2270 points) was reached in January 1995 [5] . In October 2015, his rating was 2255 points.
