Geography
The coastal village of the municipal district “ Krasnoturinsk City District ” is located 10 kilometers (on the highway 11 kilometers) north of the city of Krasnoturinsk , in the valley of the Usteya river (the left tributary of the Turya river. There is a pond in the village, and 2 km on the outskirts of the village west on the Ustia river there are two more reservoirs [2] .

The former name was the Village of the 11th Agricultural Site [2] .
