Kalinina, Svetlana Petrovna

Svetlana Petrovna Kalinina was born on March 31, 1967, in Donetsk, Donetsk Region.

In 1989, she graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in Labor Economics.

In 1989 - 2016 She worked at the Donetsk National University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (in 2000, Donetsk State University was renamed Donetsk National University). In the same place finished postgraduate and doctoral studies. In 1997 she defended her thesis, in 2001 she was awarded the academic title of associate professor. In 2007 she defended her doctoral thesis, in 2013 she was awarded the title of professor.

At the same time throughout 2001 - 2014. was a scientific secretary of the Specialized Scientific Council D11.051.03 at Donetsk National University, in 2014 - 2016. - Deputy Chairman of the said Council.

Since 2016 - Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine.

Since 2016 he has been working at the Institute for Training Personnel of the State Employment Service of Ukraine, Kiev, Professor of the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics.

S.P. Kalinina is the founder of the only Ukrainian scientific school on the problems of the international labor market. His research interests are the development and transformation of international and corporate labor markets, the formation of the intellectual component of economic development.

Svetlana Kalinina is the author of more than 100 scientific papers, including in foreign publications, including 2 personal monographs, 8 monographs in collaboration.

She participated in international projects TEMPUS TACIS, REAP, which participated was the Donetsk National University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as in the DFID project (UK Department for International Development).

S.P. Kalinina is a member of the editorial board of a number of collections of scientific works included in domestic and international scientometric databases.

During 2004 - 2014, in parallel with the work at the Donetsk National University, S.P. Kalinina headed the PrAT managers' school Donetskstal - Metallurgical Plant, created within the framework of the implementation of the Integrated Human Resource Management Program developed according to the idea and under the guidance of the author. The main task of the School of Managers is to ensure the continuous development of the company's management personnel and the construction of a multi-level personnel reserve system.

The author of the Concept of the Comprehensive Human Resource Management Program of a large industrial enterprise, based on the results of the development of which obtained a number of author's certificates, the Concept of the Comprehensive methodology for assessing the business and personal qualities of personnel, the Concept of personnel development. The introduction of these and other developments allowed to create in PrAT "Donetskstal - metallurgical plant" an existing system of personnel bioreengineering. The results are presented at international and All-Ukrainian scientific conferences and forums, as well as at the annual round tables held by the company.

Svetlana Petrovna Kalinina in 2011 was awarded the breastplate "For Scientific Achievements".
