Biography
Lunev Afanasy Afanasevich was born in 1920 in the village of Ladoga now in the Ust-Labinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory .
- Since 1940 - a worker;
- since 1946 - the foreman of the viticulture farm named after Molotov, Anapa District, Krasnodar Territory .
- In 1949, he received a grape crop of 91.2 centners per hectare on an area of 10 hectares.
Awarding
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of September 26, 1950 for receiving high grape yields when vineyard state farms fulfill the plan for delivering agricultural products to the state in 1949 and supplying seeds of all crops in full need for the spring sowing of 1950, Afanasy Afanasevich Lunev was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the presentation Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
Further activities
Since 1959, he worked in the viticulture state farm "Kochetovsky" of the Semikarakorsky district of the Rostov region as the department manager and foreman.
Personal life
He lived in the city of Semikarakorsk, Rostov Region . He died in 2002.
