M.Pire (Cor .: 엠파이어, pronounced empair) is a South Korean group signed under CMG Chorok Stars. The group includes: Tekhi, Yongson, Lumin, Haru, Red, Theo and Jerry. The group debuted on August 1, 2013 with six members. Member Lumin, formerly known as Liu from F.Cuz, joined the group in October 2013.

The name “M.Pire” combines the words “music” and “vampire”, which indicates the need for the group to live off the music. The fandom of the group is called Muse (뮤즈), an acronym meaning: reason, understanding, special and encouraging.
Content
History
Pre-
Tekhi and So Yuson (formerly known as Gino) debuted as part of BB.BBOYS, a Korean male pop trio that debuted in 2011. The band released the first album “First Album” and the track OST in 2011, but was disbanded in 2012.
Yuson and Tahi became interns under the leadership of Benjamin Entertainment, a subsidiary of CMG Chorok Stars. On May 1, Benjamin Entertainment introduced a new band, M.Pire, a six-member band. However, instead of Theo, there was a sixth member named Kangon (currently a member of the M.Peror group). They performed as M.Pire for the first time at the Dream Dream Concert, which took place on May 11 at the World Cup stadium in Seoul. Before their official debut.
M.Pire eventually officially debuted on August 1, 2013. With six members: Tehi, Yuson, Haru, Red, Theo, Jerry. All six participants completed 3 years of hardcore training before their debut.
2013: We Can't Be Friends, On My Mind
The band officially debuted on August 1, 2013 with their title track "We Can't Be Friends." Hip hop dance song written by Hong Soon Min and Ddori Jan Gun. Their debut phase was at Mnet's “M Countdown”.
On October 16, in a Star Family Song show, former F.Cuz member Liu announced that he was joining a newcomer group and changed his stage name to Lumin. On October 27, a sound teaser was released with the song “On My Mind” through Benjamin Entertainment's official YouTube account. The song was written and composed by Kim Jae Jung JYJ as a gift to the band. It was also announced that member Yuson helped write rap for "On My Mind." The official return track and song title for their second only album, “New Born”, is “Kkadak Kkadak”. M.Pire launched promotions for their return on return with a performance on M! Countdown October 31.
