Council of the Department of Calvados (until March 2015 - General Council of the Department of Calvados) is the supreme governing body of the Department of Calvados . After the reform of 2015, it is elected for 6 years and consists of 50 advisers, elected according to the majority system in 25 cantons (each canton has two advisers, one man and one woman).
