Osintsev, Ivan Nikolaevich

Born on December 28, 1920 in the village of Kamennoye Ozero, Sukholozhsky District (now the Bogdanovichi District, Sverdlovsk Region). Ivan's parents in March 1935 entered the Klim Voroshilov collective farm, then Ivan graduated from a seven-year school. He began his career on the collective farm in 1935 ^[1] .

In September 1940 he was called up for military service in the Red Army , served in the Far East . The course of the young soldier took place in military unit No. 432 of the Volochaevsky regiment. Then he graduated from the regimental school and was sent to the 66th separate machine gun and artillery battalion of the 104th fortified area of ​​the Far Eastern Military District. He was a senior sergeant, served as the squad leader. While in intelligence, he was shell-shocked ^[1] .

In May 1946, after being demobilized, he got a job as an assistant excavator driver at the quarry 7/4 of the Central Mining Administration of the Soyuzasbest Trust. After completing courses at the mine department, he began working as an excavator driver in 1946-1949. In 1946, Ivan Nikolayevich married, having received an apartment and a land plot. In 1949, he was seconded by the Asbestov City Party Committee for the construction of the Nizhneturinskaya TPP , including another 15 communists of various specialties. Ivan Nikolaevich made rational proposals. For example, he proposed increasing the size of the excavator bucket by 1 cubic meter, doubling the rate of brigade production per day. For which he received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the USSR. On October 21, 1955 he was again seconded to the construction of the Beloyarsk State District Power Station , where he was admitted to Site No. 5 of the Uralenergostroymekhanizatsii Administration (UESM). Ivan Nikolaevich was engaged in the supply of firewood, crushing stone by hand to build the foundation of a temporary village, building a garage at the Melzavod, digging pits for future units of the Beloyarsk nuclear power plant, residential buildings, schools, technical school, MSCh-32, a pool and other facilities ^[1] .

Thanks to the system of preventive examinations and repairs, improvement of methods for controlling the excavator, Osintsev I.N. achieved high rates of development of norms and trouble-free operation of the excavator for twenty years (instead of the normative ten). In 1966, the team of I. Osintsev. overfulfilled the plan by 114%, production rates by 147% of the plan of the 7th five-year plan, and saved 2.35 tons of fuel. The development of rocky soil with an E-652 excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.65 m3 with a backhoe is possible with small capacity excavators with a small bucket volume, which means that it is possible to use them effectively on soils of any category ^[1] .

While retired, he moved to Moscow with his family. He died on June 17, 2006 in Moscow ^[2] . He was buried next to his wife and daughter Elena in the cemetery of the city of Zarechny.

On December 9, 2016, on the Day of Heroes of the Fatherland, a memorial plaque was erected on the house at 25 Lenina Street, house 25, where Ivan Nikolaevich Osintsev lived.

For his achievements, he was noted in the workbook with 53 rewards and more than 30 certificates of honor at various levels, as well as ^[1] :
