History
Formation
At the end of March 2013, Core Content Media began the formation of a separate unit, consisting of members of the group: Eunjon, Hyomin, Jiyon and Hyomin. The unit is called T-ara N4 (which means "T-ara Brand New 4") from April 12, 2013.
2013 - Present: Debut, Jeon Won Diary, Lineup
T-ara N4's debut single, “Jeon Won Diary” (일기 일기; Jeon-won Ilgi), was inspired by the 1980s South Korean drama of the same name. Produced by Duble Sidekick, the song features “funky and rich” dance music combined with hip hop elements. The main motive of Jeon Won Diary suggests that we should all break away from our daily routine.
On July 10, 2013, Arym left the band to pursue her solo career. Core Content Media has announced that Arym has been replaced by Dani in the T-ara N4. Initially, Dani was declared the eighth member of T-ara in 2012, but never made her debut with the group. After Arym left T-ara and T-ara N4, Dani replaced her position only in T-ara N4 in 2013. After the agency was renamed in October 2014, it was announced that Dani would cease to be part of T-ara N4. However, she will continue to train at the agency.
