Content
History
- The station opened on January 21, 1937 as part of the first section of the old line 14 (united with line 13 in 1976) Montparnasse - Bienvenu - Port de Vanves .
- Passenger traffic at the station at the entrance in 2011, according to RATP , amounted to 32,23366 people [2] . In 2013, this figure dropped to 3165824 passengers (165th place in terms of passenger traffic in the Paris Metro) [3] .
Design and layout
It was built according to the typical Paris project of 1900-1952 (single-vaulted small-scale station with side platforms. The track walls are trimmed with white tiles in the "fit" style.
