Kosovo District ( German: Bezirk Kosów , Kosovo County , Polish. Powiat kosowski ) is the administrative unit of the crown land of the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria as part of Austria-Hungary , which existed in 1867-1918. The administrative center is Kosov .

The area of the district in 1879 was 19.1832 square miles (1103.8 km2), and the population was 620882 people. The district counted 46 settlements, organized in 45 cadastral municipalities. There were 2 district courts operating in the district - in Kosovo and Kuta [1] .
After World War I, the district, together with all of Galicia, moved to Poland .
