The district Podgaitsy ( German: Bezirk Podhajce , Podgaieck county [1] , Polish. Powiat podhajecki ) is the administrative unit of the crown land of the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomería in Austria-Hungary , which existed in 1867-1918. Administrative center - Pidhaitsy .

The area of the district in 1879 was 10.1844 square miles (586.01 km2), and the population of 58,512 people. The county consisted of 66 settlements, organized in 58 cadastral municipalities. On the territory of the district there were 2 district courts - in Podgaitsy and Vishnevchik [2] .
After World War I, the district, along with all of Galicia, was ceded to Poland .
