Biography
He was born in 1880 in the village of Tygish of the Perm province (now - Bogdanovichsky district, Sverdlovsk region) in a peasant family [1] .
In 1929 he became a member of the commune "Krasnopole", later reorganized into the collective farm "Uralsky worker", where he worked as a field crop until 1953 [1] .
In 1953, as a result of an accident, the house of Nikifor Dementievich burned down, and his daughter took him to live in the town of Asbest, Sverdlovsk Region [1] .
He died in 1956 [1] . Buried in Asbest.
Awards
For his achievements he was awarded [1] :
- 03/09/1948 - the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Sickle and Hammer gold medal and the Order of Lenin "for obtaining a high yield of wheat and rye in 1947" (rye harvest was 30.25 centners per hectare over an area of 8.2 hectares).
