Biography
Eusebio Ramos-Morales was born on December 15, 1952 in Maunabo in Puerto Rico. He studied philosophy and theology at Bayamon Central University. He graduated from St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach, Florida. He continued his education at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. In 1983, Bishop Enrique Hernandez Rivera ordained him a priest.
On May 31, 2008, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him first bishop of Fajardo Umacao. On the same day, his consecration took place, which was performed by Archbishop Roberto González-Nieves, together with the bishops who served him, Ruben González-Medina and Jozef Wesolowski. On February 2, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Caguas. [1] On February 26 of the same year, he ascended to the pulpit and began to manage the diocese.
