Integrated Circuit Heavy Transport Aircraft ( TTS-IS ) is a project of the Russian transport aircraft developed at TsAGI since 2014 . It is an extra-heavy ekranolet with a take-off mass of 1000 tons, a payload of 500 tons, with a flight range of more than 6000 km, cruising speed of 500 km / h [1] .

According to other sources, the aircraft will be subsonic with a cruising speed of at least 1900 km / h and a range of up to 8600 km. TsAGI plans to present the project at the international air show MAKS-2017 [2] .
