Biography
Vitaliy Alexandrovich was born on December 5, 1935 in the village of Alnyash in the Perm Region (now a village within the city of Tchaikovsky in the Perm Territory ) in the family of a rural teacher and chairman of the village council. The family had five children. The family lived in the village of Romanyata . Father and older brother went to the front [1] .
He began his career on the collective farm. He served in the KGB Berlin unit, was in the rank of sergeant. Demobilized in 1958, returning to his native village, married [1] .
In 1958-1959, the family lived in Nizhny Tagil , Vitaly Alexandrovich worked at the Nizhny Tagil Metallurgical Plant , where he graduated from evening school. In 1959-1966, the family moved to Tchaikovsky , and Vitaly Alexandrovich worked as a crane driver, foreman. In 1966, the family moved to Sverdlovsk , where Vitaliy Aleksandrovich worked as a crane operator, a filling machine operator in a steelmaking shop at the Verkh-Isetsk plant [1] .
He was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR IX convocation [1] .
