Club career

In adult football he made his debut in 1965 with appearances for the GAIS club team, in which he spent four seasons.

His game for this team attracted the attention of representatives of the German coaching staff Stuttgart , which he joined in 1969. He played for the Stuttgart club the next two seasons. Most of the time spent with Stuttgart was the team’s main player.

He completed his professional gaming career at the GAIS club. He returned to the team in 1971, defended its colors until the termination of performances at a professional level in 1974.

Team appearances

In 1967 he made his debut in official matches as part of the national team of Sweden . During his career in the national team, which lasted 7 years, he spent 23 matches in the form of the country's main team, scoring 1 goal.

As part of the team, he participated in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico .

Coach Career

He began his coaching career, returning to football after a long break, in 1994, heading the coaching staff of the Eintracht club ( Braunschweig ). Worked with this team for one season.
