The Brotherhood of Independent Churches and Missions of the ECB of Ukraine (BNCM ECBU) is one of the Protestant churches of Ukraine , adhering to the Baptist creed . The supreme body of the Brotherhood is the General Meeting of Church Representatives, held - 2 times a year. To resolve all current issues, the Brotherhood Council was elected, consisting of 21 brothers, each of which has a responsible ministry in his church. The Brotherhood Council has its regular meetings. The head of the Council or the President of the Brotherhood is elected at the head of the Brotherhood Council.

As the Brotherhood grows and the number of communities and church members in the Brotherhood grows — there are now more than 120 communities in the Brotherhood and about 9,500 members — the regional structure of the Brotherhood has been adopted.
The brotherhood has the following educational institutions: Kiev Theological Seminary, Odessa Bible Institute, Bible School in Kharkov. The Brotherhood is a co-founder of Donetsk Christian University, a public organization (Ukrainian edition) of Trans-World Radio, UHRT (Ukrainian Radio and Television), and the Spiritual Revival Association.
A number of missions were registered with the Brotherhood, including the Christian charity mission Tabe, the Christian mission of medical workers Apostol Luke (Kiev), the mission Road to the Heart (Khartsyzsk), and the South-West Christian mission of mercy and charity Logos ( Odessa), Dnepropetrovsk Christian mission of evangelism, mercy and charity “Word of Salvation”.
The Brotherhood issues its spiritual edifying magazine “Road, Truth and Life”.
The fraternity participates in the work of the Ukrainian Bible Society and the Council of the Evangelical Protestant Churches of Ukraine. Representatives of the Brotherhood also participate in consultation meetings of representatives of various Christian organizations in order to protect the freedom of conscience and freedom of religion in our country at the legislative level.
