Probably Brother Fouche (Fulkheriya), the first Limoges viscount (from 888), if he really existed.
Mentioned in his contemporary documents: in 876 (when he received some lands from the King of the West-Frankish State Charles II the Bald in flax ), in 883 (with his wife), on May 14, 904 (under the name Aldebert) and posthumously 1 May 914 (for the first time it is called the viscount).
The first wife is Adaltruda (mentioned in 883), the daughter of Count . From her children:
- Hildeger (died 943/947), Viscount Limoges
- Fouche (Fulchery), is considered the ancestor of the Viscounts Segur
- Gerard (Gerard) - probably died at a young age
- Altrude, husband - Ebl de Tuar.
The second wife - Grandfather (died after 920), the origin is not clear. From her children:

- Childebert, abbot of the monastery of Saint-Etienne in Limoges.
