Member of the CPSU (b) since 1929. From August 1936 he studied at the Industrial Academy . Prior to that, he was secretary of the committee of the CP (b) of Turkmenistan on the oilfield trade.
- Until 1943 - Deputy Chairman of the SNK of the Turkmen SSR.
- In 1943 - 1946 - First Secretary of the Ashgabat Regional Committee of the KP (b) of Turkmenistan.
- In 1949 - 1951 - Counselor of the USSR Embassy in Mongolia.
- From November 14, 1951 to November 6, 1953 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Mongolia [1] .
- In 1959 - head of the Department of administrative and trade and financial bodies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan
